Multi-Skilled Engineer, Temp to Perm, OT available, Competitive Salary

• 40 hours paid per week
• Overtime/travel paid at 1.5x the standard hourly rate
• Travel time paid after the first 30 minutes and before the final 30 minutes of the day

Responsibilities

• Complete planned and reactive fabric maintenance across commercial and retail sites
• Undertake painting and decorating, both internally and externally
• Carry out wall and floor tiling repairs and installations
• Complete plastering, including patch repairs, skimming and rendering
• Carry out general building repairs, minor carpentry and patching
• Work predominantly across shopping centres and commercial properties, with occasional work in student accommodation, social housing and domestic properties
• Attend sites promptly for an 8:00am start

Requirements

• Time-served maintenance or relevant trade background
• Strong painting and decorating experience
• Multi-skilled abilities across tiling, plastering and general building repairs
• Full UK driving licence, subject to licence check
• Own tools suitable for the role
• Reliable, professional and able to work independently
• Must be aged 25+ for vehicle insurance purposes
• Comfortable travelling between sites and working across a varied property portfolio
